ALL of our items are for pre-order unless otherwise stated and will be ordered from known Korea-based Kpop sites and shopping platforms (i.e Weverse Shop, YG) and other official Korea-based websites and stores (i.e New Balance, Nike, Adidas).ORDERING GUIDE1. READ and ensure that you UNDERSTAND our terms and conditions before placing your order.2. SUBMIT order form only once you received our confirmation that the item is still available for purchase. Please ensure to specify the following in the notes section of the form:a. sizeb. color, if applicablec. member (for kpop merch)To avoid errors, we highly encourage you to upload a screenshot of your order in the "upload a screenshot" section in the order form.For MULTIPLE orders, click the "Add Item" buttom. Just a reminder that we will not secure your order without an order form - NO FORM, NO ORDER.3. CHECK your email for the automated invoice which will be available right after you submit your order form. This includes our payment details as well. Make sure to provide your active/updated/correct email address to avoid any inconvenience.4. PAY the downpayment required as soon as possible.Downpayment varies per item/promotion. Please check/read all the information indicated in the description. PAYMENT TERMS are available in the description.We are very flexible with the payment terms for the remaining balance, however, we must strictly follow the deadline set for every downpayment.5. You can do self-check out on your comfort by renting our Korean address. One-time Korean address rental fee is Php150.00. International shipping fee is computed based on the length, width, height and weight of the item.Korea-Pasabuy
We buy your desired item on your behalf and have this shipped to your doorstep. You can send us any link of the items that you wish to order and we will provide you with our quotation. Price includes our service and international shipping fees.2. ESTIMATED ARRIVALALL of our ongoing ship-outs are through sea-cargo and thus, under a NORMAL ETA which is 2 to 3 weeks from box shipout. ETAs are indicated in the description of all posted items.ETAs are always estimated and delays are inevitable so please manage your expectations.Factors to consider regarding the ETA of your order are as follows:Korea-based merchants follow a schedule when shipping out any orders from their shops. NO SHIPMENT/DELIVERIES during weekends and holidays.

Pick-up schedule of the box and loading in the vessel.
In transit period from Korea to the Philippines excluding any unforseen events (i.e typhoon, sudden announcment of closures/holidays).
Customs clearance in the Philippines and delivery to our address.
We do not have any controls over these and we would appreciate your patience and understanding.3. PAYMENT METHODPayment methods are BPI and G-Cash only. Payments made through other methods will not be accepted.G-Cash cash is not acceptable unless you are willing to add 2% cash in and transaction charges from G-Cash. This is on top of the total amount.We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD). Please pay your item in full before delivery.4. LATE PAYMENT FEESDeadlines are set for every order and not paying your dues in time will incur late payment fees. Please ensure to settle your remaining balance within 24 hours after you received your balance notification/reminder. Late payment fee is Php20.00 per day.5. CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE, REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICYWe strictly observe the NO CANCELLATION ONCE FORM IS SUBMITTED POLICY.We will immediately secure your order as soon as order form is sent thus, no cancellation nor exchange will be allowed.In terms of cancellation, you will have to pay the 25% cancellation fee (which is computed on the actual amount of your order) and you will be tagged as bogus/joy buyers.NO refund, exchange nor replacement can be allowed as well on defective items e.g., lightsticks, any-battery operated and sealed items as we do not have the capacity to test these in Korea and prior shipment to the Philippines.DEFECTS on the outbox are invetible as well as most merchants in Korea do not ship using bubble wraps. We cannot return this to the merchant for the sole purpose of box replacement. In-transit incurred defects in the box is not subject for replacement.Color and stitches differences from Philippine-sourced items compared to Korea-sourced items are not subject for refund and replacement as well.There are no two identical things in this world.We will only allow refund if ALL your orders are out of stock and ONLY if the fault is in our end. EX: Wrong item delivered.Unboxing video which must be unedited is required to be subjected for refund/replacement. Refund will be made via GCash only.As mentioned, deadlines are set thus, you must pay your orders in full once reminder is sent. We will forfeit your orders after 1 week of unresponsiveness. Refund cannot be made on the downpayment as this will serve as your payment for the damage incurred on our business.6. SHIPPINGAs all items are pre-ordered, we do not cater rush shipping unless you are willing to pay the FAST ETA fee.This shop is my side hustle. I am full-time employee (7 to 6pm) and can respond to queries, sort and pack items during weekends and if my time permits.
